A TV hour-long Dramedy by Jeanine T. Abraham Coming Soon…
Drunken Civics’ aim is to create community and encourage civic action by utilizing the power of civic education and entertainment. In each show, a specialist in a specific area of civics, progressive politics, or social justice is invited to present on their area of expertise. The presentation inspires some of New York’s finest improvisers to create an entirely unscripted show.
Before the show, our partners, local community organizing groups, host the Drunken Civics voter information happy hour, where guests can learn about local government elections while networking with people from diverse communities in Brooklyn.
